Are you a creative, enthusiastic, and commercially sound Store Manager? If so, I have great news for you! Our client, a renowned fashion and beauty retail chain known for their exceptional 5-star customer service, is opening a brand-new store in Athlone. They are looking for a manager with a passion for fashion, to join their team.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a fashion manager with excellent people leadership skills and a strong commercial and operational experience background.Key Responsibilities

• Maximize the profitability of your store by being strongly sales-focused, controlling costs and delivering on key performance indicators.
• Ensure a fantastic customer experience every day, based on core store standards i.e. Hygiene, cleanliness, and friendliness.
• Lead and motivate the store’s team.
• Manage performance.
• Development and training of the store team.
• Ensure the implementation of all company policies and procedures in-store.
• Day-to-day management of store operations.
• Ensure the safety, health and welfare of the store.

Skills & Experience

• Retail Management experience (5+ years), ideally in beauty or fashion
• Well-developed people skills.
• Experience in managing performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent work structuring and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Numerate.
