An exciting opportunity has arisen for a store manager to join a high street womenswear retailer based in Milton Keynes. This brand is known for catering products for womenswear apparel and accessories.This is a full time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days.Key Responsibilities:
– Be responsible for staff recruitment, training and management in their store, along with appraisals and staff discipline
– Creating a positive and friendly working environment where team members enjoy working for the
company and are encouraged and resourced to develop is a key to a Store Manager’s role
– Ensure that the company’s stock management procedures are implemented and adhered to by their teams.
– Seeking out commercial opportunities within local area
– Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to Head Office
– Lead well by example, driving sales, stock and KPI performanceThe successful candidate:
– Senior Management experience
– Will have strong people and time management skills.
– You will be commercially minded, with an interest in fashion and retail.Benefits:
