Sales Development Representatives will partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.We have a newly created position for a Sales Development Representative to join our team selling into the UK and Ireland regions.Responsibilities:Supporting Global Accounts in the Iberia marketIdentify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global AccountsProspect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other toolsDevelop an understanding of the customer’s usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant informationCreate comprehensive account profiles to support expansion effortsExecute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiencesUse CRM-Salesforce.com to track activitiesWork to meet defined KPIsQualifications

  • Experience working with senior IT Management E.g. CTO, CIO, Directors of IT Operations, Directors of Infrastructure, Directors of Application support, Cloud Architects
