Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assist Western Area member dairy preparation for FARM program evaluation
- Animal Welfare – Environmental Stewardship – Workforce Development
- Schedule member farm visits to review FARM program materials and develop a current FARM binder
- Communicate with Hispanic workers the importance of the FARM program and biosecurity program
- Outreach to Western Area members on dairy biosecurity program review for implementation
- Assist field staff with membership tasks
- Assist with membership / industry meetings as requested
