Summer 2025 Farm Practices Intern

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

Assist Western Area member dairy preparation for FARM program evaluation
Animal Welfare – Environmental Stewardship – Workforce Development
Schedule member farm visits to review FARM program materials and develop a current FARM binder
Communicate with Hispanic workers the importance of the FARM program and biosecurity program
Outreach to Western Area members on dairy biosecurity program review for implementation
Assist field staff with membership tasks
Assist with membership / industry meetings as requested
