At Eni, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator within Eni Natural Energies Côte d’Ivoire S.A. in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring the company’s supply chain strategy related to feedstocks, working together with Ene Côte d’Ivoire’s Logistics and Production teams to ensure the traceability of the supply chain in line with certification and agricultural requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Create the supply chain strategy.
• Lead the analysis of local agricultural contexts in the country and agricultural developing preparing comprehensive plans with production targets, timing, and actions to achieve and secure the raw material supply chain to the Agri-feedstock plant.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records, and monitor logistics to ensure the entire process runs smoothly.
• Train external partners external partners (e.g. farmers, field officers, Village heads, Cooperative’s Chairmen, etc.) on the main requirements of supply chain management;
• Train and inform staff (both of ENE Côte d’Ivoire and ENE Côte d’Ivoire’s suppliers) on the main requirements of supply chain management.
• Lead and document all meetings and workshop related to the Agricultural Development and in coordination with Company functions and External Cooperation partners.
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
• Support other company initiatives (environmental awareness, communications campaigns, local content, etc.) which contribute to agriculture development as requested.

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage large-scale agricultural and agroforestry interventions.
• Previous experience in a supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural/agro-forestry production systems in Cote d’Ivoire, including also contract farming mechanisms and/or agro-industrial initiatives.
• Strong level of French and English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, focus on solving problems creatively.
