We are looking for a Supply Chain Inventory Planner to drive and support end-to-end supply chain activities. You will be a key team player and will work closely assisting the Supply Chain Operations Manager with all core operational and strategic matters, including the design, revision and implementation of processes, ensuring data consistency for smooth day-to-day operations and coordinating key projects to ensure on time completion and within budget and will support the creation and maintenance of SC metrics and reports.This is the perfect opportunity for a resilient, and confident performer who thrives on being empowered, taking action, and has pride in achieving results and delivering the best service experience for our customers.We are a small but mighty business, you will get all the opportunity, excitement, and challenge of working across an international reach, but with great opportunity to learn, develop and build your experience at the frontline. Our culture is informal, collaborative, and supportive and we truly enjoy our work.Key Responsibilities:+ Collaborating with Supply Chain Management to develop and implement inventory allocation strategies that are aligned with company targets
+ Working closely with the Sales, Inventory & Operational Planning team to develop, track, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other operational metrics
+ Conducting audits and reconciliations of inventory across multiple warehouses, including third-party logistics providers (3PLs), identifying and resolving discrepancies
+ Managing and maintaining Product Master Data across all internal and partner systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely updates
+ Leading cycle counts and stock audits, implementing corrective actions where necessary
+ Using advanced Excel and SQL-based tools (Power Query, complex formulas, linked databases) to support Supply Chain Management in running MRP processes and improving inventory management systemsAbout You:+ University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
+ Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management, ideally in fast-paced and complex supply chains
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and SQL databases is essential, including experience with complex formulas and data modelling
+ Proven track record in analysing and managing large, complex data sets to drive decision-making and inventory strategies
+ Strong experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and external partners such as 3PL providers
+ Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency and accuracy
