The successful candidate will be in charge of the execution of transformation initiatives which will impact our overall performance as Supply Chain organization.Scope of the RoleProgram Management for Supply Chain Transformation:

  • Control budgets & expected outcomes related to the SC initiatives under his/her scope.
  • Control resources allocation and proactively highlight potential workload issues and define a meaningful allocation process with Workstream Leaders.
  • Work closely with Cluster SC leads, Supply Chain CoE as well as Cluster Transformation Leads to facilitate the integration of new processes and technologies in multiple SC area (Demand Planning, SC Operations and Customer Engagement, etc…)
  • Accountable for project planning, tracking, scope management, execution, and reporting. Identify and suggest improvements.
  • Manage changes and mitigation plans; resolve or escalate process / project issues through the workstream leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Articulate and communicate project status in a way that complies with reporting structure and templates.
  • Ensure project documentation is organized and accessible. Manages confidentiality and strict attention to access rights on shared drives and information flow.
  • Facilitate workshops or meetings to discuss process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the broad Supply Chain organization

Continuous Improvement in Supply Chain:

  • Keep abreast of Global Analytics team and industry trends to identify emerging technologies to enable increased agility within the Supply Chain
  • Ensure that all the SC processes are documented as part of the projects’ scope
  • Responsible to map out the main SC area of opportunity which will enable CSCI to deliver efficiencies, risk mitigation, etc.…
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new supply chain solutions and initiatives
  • Manage performance metrics and data analytics to monitor progress.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Typically approx. 10 years of experience in supply chain management and knowledge of supporting processes.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced technological tools and methodologies within supply chain sectors.
  • Good analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting complex data and generating strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading/coordinating diverse teams in a multicultural setting is essential.
