An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Secretary within Denbighshire Substance Misuse Services.The post holder will provide an accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS), supporting the provision of a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to families and carers.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will provide an efficient high quality typing and administration service to support the secretarial team. - NVQ level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience or willing to work towards
- L2 RSA / OCR or equivalent experience
- Evidence of continual personal development
- Knowledge of secretarial role including progress chasing

- Knowledge of a range of administrative processes
