You won’t be racing between appointments, the ladies simply love to get out and about.The various shift patterns through which we provide 1:1 support are:08.00 – 16.0008.00 – 22.0008.00 – 22.00 plus sleep-in16.00 – 22.0016.00 – 22.00 plus sleep-inYou will work on a shifts on a flexible rota basis.In addition to your £20,530 annually as base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to work sleep-ins* at £60 per night. It’s a busy household with lots going on, so the days fly by with no two the same.A day shift might involve supporting the each of the ladies to attend their regular horse riding sessions and accompanying them to the local farm which the love!.They lead active lifestyles so sometimes its hard to keep up! Jayde loves going out to the the cinema or go swimming. Where as Rebekah and Amelia have dance classes that they attend every week. Favourite activities include visits to the gym, bowling and go to the sports village.It’s very important that you support them to maintain regular contact with their families. You will help with day to day household duties like cleaning, shopping & cooking and with encouragement Rebekah, Jayde and Amelia will get involved. They do love making their own pizzas with a variety of toppings. (Wouldn’t that be fun?!)So, if you think you can make a difference in their lives or the other way round, then do apply! Here are a couple of examples (these are for illustration, not contractual):Full-time Support Worker: £20,530.12 per annum plus £5,520 for an average of two weekly sleep-ins (£60 per sleep-in) = £26,050.12 a yearPart-time Support Worker working 22.5 hours per week: £12,318 per annum plus £2,760 for an average of one weekly sleep-in = £15,078 a yearOn top of these amounts, there is usually the option to work some overtime hours if you wishPay and RewardsWe provide a range of benefits to reward and thank our staff which includes:
