If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as System Operations CoordinatorBe part of the movement – and play your part.About the roleYou will be responsible for:
- Regularly monitor logistics systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee all operational roles such as reworkers, pickers, loaders, reach drivers, and VNA drivers. Ensure the constant flow of operations.
- Identify and address issues promptly, such as delays, technical failures, or communication problems.
- Using data for performance analysis on Vocal Point and informed decision-making and report to the Team Leader
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with accurate and current information on status and trailer numbers.
- Knowledge to deal with different challenges as Inbound not available on Navitas
- Real-time tracking of inventory, ensuring levels are optimized to meet demands.
About you
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Experience in Logistics / Warehouse
