Talent Acquisition Specialist- Romania – 1 year fixed term, with options to be extended

As a TA Specialist in Bunge for Central and Eastern Europe, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE). Our local team is based in Bucharest office, and we handle recruitment for 5 countries – Romania, Hungary, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine. As such, you could be involved in local, regional and global activities.

In this region the roles vary from corporate functions; Sales, Finance and IT, to roles in our Shared Service Center in Bucharest (Bunge Business Services or BBS) such as financial operations and procurement, till Industrial roles such as white and blue collars. If you enjoy working in a truly international environment while taking care of local specifics, then this role will trigger your senses.

Besides end-to-end ecruitment, we build and implement recruiting optimization processes based on business needs and we are involved in employer branding activities.

What to bring to the role

• University degree and and minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruiting area; international companies are preferred
• Experience in working with Industrial environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian are required, any other European language is a plus (Hungarian/ Italian/Spanish/German) amongst the preferred)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing/headhunting and interview Techniques and evaluation methods
• Social Media enthusiast and sound knowledge of CV databases and professional networks. (LinkedIn Recruiter is required)
• ATS & CRM experience (we work with SuccessFactors)
• Resilient, pro-active, creative problem solver who seeks being ahead of the recruitment need
• Eager to participate to participate to career fairs and promote Bunge as employer, increasing its visibility in the market
