Tank Farm & Utility Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of Utility & TANKFARM.
• Should have knowledge of DM, CPU, Chillers, Compressor, ADU, N2-PSA, Liquid N2, Cooling tower operation, Fire Pump house Operation, ETP as added advantage & TANKFARM operation.
• Preparing shift report & maintaining QC record.
• Verifying the stock of RM & Finished goods.
• Should have knowledge of ERP/SAP.
• Knowledge of audit and ISO system.
• Primary responsibilities are to plan & manage overall utility and tank-farm activities & follow standard operating procedures provided by company to achieve required specification & yield for respective products.
• Continuous monitoring Utilities and tanks parameter on DCS & take proper action without plant disturbance.
• Close observation, checking & controlling all the critical parameters during continuous operation.
• Maintaining critical parameter record in logbook & log sheet.
• To Collecting all records, details of chemical/RM consumption product output yield & use factor calculation.
• Responsibilities of trouble shooting operation & emergency like mechanical, instrumental & electricity failure.
• To insure with SIC of Process and Tank farm before transferring of material from ISBL to OSBL.
• Primary responsibilities are to plan & manage overall utility and tank-farm activities & follow standard operating procedures provided by company to achieve required specification & yield for respective products.

Education Qualification:

• Diploma Chemical/Mechanical.

Deliverables:

• Monitoring of utility & tankfarm operation.
• Coordinating lab for sampling.
• Documentation.
• Carrying out plant operation safely.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the area in similar capacity.

Knowledge:

• Possess good and sound knowledge of Utility & tankfarm section.
• Emergency handling and communication.
