Job description
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead in the provision of accurate tax advice to internal partners (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury etc) in an efficient and timely manner.
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead in the undertaking of reviews of revenue streams and other matters to ensure tax compliance throughout the Group
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead and external advisor in updating Transfer pricing documents, CBC (Country by Country) and CFC reporting
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead with completion of the yearly tax budget and monthly forecasting.
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead in completing and submitting the corporation tax computations and other tax returns (iXBRL, 46G) in line with internal and statutory deadlines.
- Assisting with the preparation of tax provision, group relief and related notes, including audit support, for parent reporting and annual statutory filings for relevant entities. This will include the posting of related tax journals and preparation of tax accounting disclosures in Group and local financial statements.
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead in Withholding tax compliance and reconciliations.
- Support and assist the GBS Tax Team Lead, as required, with any VAT related queries to ensure the Group is VAT compliant

- Tax Qualification with one year post qualification experience, within a mid-large multi-national organisation, in a GBS/ SSC structure or for and international Tax/ Audit firm.
- Tax and/or accounting qualification and/or Degree in Tax or Accounting with strong interest in and affinity with IT and Business processes.
- Additional tax certification a plus.
- Full fluency in English, 2nd or 3rd language (German, Dutch, Spanish) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage but not required.
