#hybrid – AntwerpWe are looking for a Team Lead Software Engineering to join our Trademark Content team in Antwerp. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Clarivate Trademark product. The team consists of 11 developers and is reporting to the Current Team Lead. We have a great skill set in Java development, SpringBoot applications and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in both Java development and People Management. You’ll be working together with other teams relying on the Trademark content being provided to them.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsAt least 5 years of experience in Java development and SQL databasesAt least 2 years team managementAt least 2 years of experience working in Linux environmentEducation (Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, or related degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experience)It would be great if you also had . . .Previous experience with MongoDBPrevious experience with AWS cloud servicesExperience working in Scrum Development processEducation (master’s degree or PhD)What will you be doing in this role?Lead technical discussions, facilitate code reviews, and drive innovation.Oversee day-to-day operations and lead a team of colleaguesActively involved and hands-on with writing clean, maintainable codeRegularly evaluate team performance, and technical capabilities, provide colleague feedbackImplement design changes to improve quality, performance, cost reduction, etc.Plan, delegate and direct the team’s day-to-day work to achieve operational targetsProduct you will be developingMaintain existing code base. Ingest Trademark Content from countries all over the world.
Other Clarivate teams are using this content in their productsAbout the TeamThe team is geographically spread out. We have developers in Macedonia, Serbia and India.
