Join our dynamic 16+ Team in Kent as a Team Manager and lead our efforts in providing high-quality support and guidance to young people as they navigate the challenges of independent living.As the Team Manager of our 16+ Team, you will provide strong leadership and direction to a team of Social Workers, ensuring the delivery of effective services to young people transitioning from care. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a team of Social Workers, providing guidance and support in case management and decision-making.
- Overseeing the assessment of young people’s needs and the development of tailored support plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Collaborating with partner agencies and stakeholders to access appropriate services and resources to meet the diverse needs of young people.
