We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern is Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (half hour early finish 1 day per week on a rotational basis).The post holder will ensure:

• That an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service is delivered to the Multidisciplinary Team which comprises of Managerial, Medical, Psychotherapy, Psychology, Nursing, and Occupational Therapy staff within Adult Community Mental Health Services across Glasgow City HSCP.
• That the single point of access operates effectively and will work independently for much of the time managing their daily workload, supporting the wider Team and may be required to provide day to day supervision of staff within the Service.
