Primary Responsibilities
This role will focus on marketing leadership and content delivery for HDR’s Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) Market Sector. The primary geographic focus for the hire will be North America, however the role will be global and require regular coordination across HDR’s major regions: AMER, EMEA and APAC.
The role will report to the TMT Global Market Sector Director and coordinates closely with the sector’s senior leadership. The role will also work closely with local Client Development Leaders (CDLs), Client Managers (CMs) and Areas Business Group Managers (BGMs) as it relates to proposal production, marketing collateral, financial tracking, event / activity coordination and administrative support. Other responsibilities include providing marketing leadership that supports the goals and objectives of the sector and overall business group strategies and vision to include producing qualification statements proposals and interview materials as well as facilitating strategy discussions, driving communication, creative direction and executing on key initiatives and priorities to competitively position HDR in the market.

The expected compensation range for this position is $75,000- $135,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
