About the role

We are looking for a technical HR consultant to join our HR Service Center team.

We are a dynamic team of professionals with solid HR expertise, dedicated and trained to answer questions from our employees and managers. We are currently looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing innovative, high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and respond to employee queries based on HR best practices and our knowledge base.
  • Maintain a call log to document the steps leading to resolution
  • Collaborate with different teams to find solutions adapted to the various situations encountered
  • Keep abreast of movements, changes to policies, procedures, standards and ongoing projects within the department and the company.
  • Participate in keeping the knowledge base up to date
  • Participate, on an ad hoc basis, in various team projects

Your qualifications:

  • 1st cycle university degree in human resources or about to obtain it (or any other relevant field).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
  • Demonstrates a strong spirit of collaboration and excellent customer service
  • Positive attitude, autonomy and strong sense of ethics
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
