Job Title: Digital Business Analyst (API & Technical Focus)
📍 Location: Hybrid / London
💰 Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join a growing product team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in API development, digital transformation projects, and working closely with technical teams to define business requirements. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to define and document business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, particularly for API development and digital integrations.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of API-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to manage user stories, workflows, and sprint planning.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping sessions to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of digital products and data solutions.

What We’re Looking For✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital and technical projects.
✅ Strong understanding of APIs, data infrastructure, and system integrations.
✅ Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA & Confluence.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate complex technical details into business language.
