Responsibilities

  • Delivery Expert: Shall be able to prepare PLAN, RACI matrix. Issue action trackers. 
  • Identify the risks and shall be able to mitigate it. 
  • Skilled BA: Expertise in writing process documents , conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Review and Problem Solving: Proficient in reviewing data, solving complex problems, and creating data-driven solutions.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Capable of inputting, understanding, and challenging engineering conclusions. Help in sharing the Acceptance criteria and Test cases.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineering leaders to contribute to company-wide engineering best practices and standards.
  • Technical Delivery: Take the ownership and accountability in delivering the designs and solutions either through agile way of SDLC. 
  • Telecom Broadband and Mobility Expertise: Proficient with any Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product in Telecom Billing with over 10 years of experience.
  • Software Engineering Skills: Skilled software engineer with up-to-date skills, passionate about high-quality, secure, and performant software and integrations .
  • Proactive Learning and Coaching: Proactive about learning and coaching others.
  • Agile Proficiency: Proficient in agile methodologies and ways of working.
  • Effective Communication: Good communicator, able to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

  • Understanding of OSS & BSS stack, ERP Systems.
  • Knowledge of various products and services offered by product companies. 
  • Telecom product and journey knowledge
  • Project Management Skills 
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing data to derive insights and inform business decisions. This includes skills in data mining, visualization, and statistical analysis1.
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
  • Database Management: Understanding of databases and the ability to work with SQL to query and manage data1.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create reports and dashboards2.
  • API Knowledge: Proficiency in API integration, understanding interface mechanisms, handling retries, and designing robust architectures. This involves knowing how to define API requirements, both functional and non-functional, and ensuring the API’s performance, security, and scalability.

Experience

  • Experience in telecom products and services. 
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders. 
  • Experience and knowledge of the Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to understand stakeholder needs, to influence and lead the business proactively by delivering requirements that drive out business benefits – MANDATORY.
  • Ability to drive re-use at all levels, and to ensure solutions provided are transforming the business and the billing platform in line with agreed roadmaps – MANDATORY.
