Role Description

candidate should have 7-9 Years experience in building Telecom ServiceNow application/ configuration in the Telecom OSS space.

candidate shall be responsible for leading the Digital Transformation in Telecom Service Management (ITSM) and Service Operation Management (ITOM) including Design, Configuration, and Customization in ServiceNow Platform.

The role involves hands-on development, solutioning, and lead the team on various modules within ServiceNow. Candidate should provide guidance to the development team, ensures best practices are followed, and monitors the health and compliance of ServiceNow systems.

Technical Skills

Having Good understand the Telecom OSS domain.

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow (both ITSM & ITOM) in Telecom projects.

Develop policies, controls, risk frameworks, and other Telecom components within ServiceNow.

Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules and email notifications.

Lead the configuration (CMDB) and customization of ServiceNow instances.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application, infrastructure, and database architecture.

Familiarity with scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.

Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Work with Performance Analytics for Telecom metrics, reporting and cloud computing expertise.

Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration, Web Service Integration (SOAP/REST).

Review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations.

Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems.

Nice-to-have skills

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
