Hybrid (2 days on site)Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience leading transformational change in a financial services industry.
Technical project and programme management experience with a proven track record of managing and changing workflow platforms in an Agile environment.
Business focussed project lead with a proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple business stakeholders.
Ability to bring significant mortgage experience knowledge and best practices.
Previous experience of delivering change on cloud-based platforms.Ensuring ongoing delivery and enhancement of the mortgage platform through planning and prioritisation, including assisting in the development of program initiatives, goals, scope, and success criteria.
- Overseeing the delivery of technical strategic roadmaps & plans for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of mortgage journeys for all users.
- Being responsible for managing and building on the relationships with our platform partners.
- Creating effective, prioritised project descriptions and delivery plans to meet user needs in a cost-effective way. Provide regular status reports to management.
- Supporting the management of an allocated budget.
- Configuration management: working alongside the design team managers and test leads ensuring that any configuration changes deployed onto the system are in line with the overall business architecture.
- Assisting the business in prioritisation of backlog items to ensure maximum return on investment (time and money)
- Working with the Experience Managers/ Configuration analysts to help specify the user stories required to deliver larger development projects with our delivery partners.
- Assisting with testing all platform changes and working with users and the business to ensure that changes are implemented as expected.
- Ensuring all change related documentation, process maps, user guides are kept up to date and relevant for a business audience.
- Continuously reviewing existing workflows, processes, and ways of working to identify opportunities to make improvements.
- Oversee the testing of new changes and authorise production releases.
Working with our Data & Analytics team to help specify enhanced reporting requirements to measure outcomes of initiatives (before & after)
