The RoleThe Director of Technical Records will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of the company’s aviation assets’ technical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. This position involves leading projects, managing trading campaigns, and facilitating deal closures related to technical records, while ensuring the integrity of aircraft technical data. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in aircraft technical records management and a proven track record of success in the aviation industry.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead technical projects and trading campaigns related to aircraft records management
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the company’s aircraft records and maintenance information
  • Oversee the maintenance of records systems to facilitate efficient search and retrieval of aircraft records
  • Maintain oversight of key industry challenges and identify potential exposure and mitigation strategies

The PersonThe ideal candidate for the position should meet the following requirements amongst others:

  • 5+ years’ experience in aviation Technical Records management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Experience in aircraft leasing and trading
