Job description
Realtime is looking for a Technical Support Analyst, for our client based in the heart of the docklands in Dublin City. The core responsibilities are providing first and second-level support to business users to the standards and levels required by the Business and IT management. This a hybrid role.Technologies and Requirements:– Microsoft Office 365 Administration– Windows 11 Troubleshooting– Hands-on experience using Microsoft AD– Experience with Intune (Very Beneficial)– Migration and Rollout knowledge– Defender firewall experience(or similar)– SharePoint and Teams management– Supporting backup and restorations– Experience working with SQL Servers– Windows Server 2012/2016/2022 environment– Understanding of Cisco networkingApply:– Call: 01-6520652– Email: [email protected]– You must be based in Ireland– A valid working Visa or an EU passport is essential– No Sponsorship is provided or supported
