They are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer who can deal with a range of issues as they grow.Benefits:Competitive salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)Modern office in EdinburghCollaborative, innovative, and fun working environmentWhat You’ll Do:As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of the company. You will collaborate with internal teams, third-party IT providers, and partners to ensure seamless onboarding, resolve technical challenges, and optimise overall customer experiences. Your expertise will play a key role in managing and improving processes.Facilitate smooth customer onboarding by collaborating with internal teams and third-party IT companies.Provide expert 1st and 2nd line support, especially during product launches, updates, or complex scenarios requiring quick problem-solving.Monitor bug reports and CRM data to proactively resolve issues.What You’ll Bring to the Role:Experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering complex projects.Familiarity with customer experience toolsKnowledge of Networking Technologies and Core Internet Technologies.If you are a driven and ambitious Technical Support guru looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect role for you.
