The overall aim is to boost our client’s market or category understanding whilst building brand equity.Overview of the role:You will be a member of the Nestlé team working directly with one of our largest client relationships supporting their objectives. This is a newly created role working within an existing team, you will support the Technology and Reporting Consultant. The Technology and Reporting function is responsible for building on delivering existing and new technology-driven solutions to specific Nestlé issues.Through showcasing the capability of our technology it will inform our client users on the performance of their categories and brands as well as identify new opportunities for growth. Working alongside an experienced existing client team this role also involves collaborating with Circana’s technology & reporting teams.The ideal candidate would need to have a high degree of autonomy and problem-solving capabilities. The candidate should have a passion for learning and using new technology, have strong communication and engagement skills and be creative in how data and insight can be visualised to deliver an all-round excellent service to the client. This role will have the requirement to travel to the client’s offices around the UK on an ad hoc basis and to Circana’s Head Office in Bracknell (roughly once per month). In the role you will be supported to become a high performing member of an ambitious, collaborative and career development focused team.Main Responsibilities= Work directly with both the Technology and Reporting Consultant and client stakeholders to understand needs, scope, design, build and deliver impactful, automated content within the Circana technology platform= Creatively cut through data and clutter to identify what is most important to the client.= To implement automated best practice reporting and insight content across the client’s business that will generate time saving for the client. = Be creative with visualisations that lead to the more impactful use of data and insight across the client’s business.= Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and work closely with other Circana functions to deliver an all-round positive client experience that will contribute to client retention.= Travel as required to client offices (Crawley, Redhill, York, Welwyn Garden City) and Circana main office (Bracknell). Skills and Experience = Experience in learning new technology, ideally from a technology background.= Ability to articulate complex technical knowledge of solutions in a simple impactful manner. = Strong organisational skills, workload management skills and ability to proactively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.= Effective team player and proven ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams. = Ability to have a proactive and curious approach. = Highly self-motivated accounted and committed.= Leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks strongly both internally and externally. = Ability to proactively manage a client relationship and drive improvements in client satisfaction.= Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients at all levels when helping solve/manage content deliverables and critical business challenges.= Administrative accountability: adheres to corporate policies, meets deadlines on corporate initiatives surrounding personal development and input into business planning.= Escalates issues to the right people appropriately.ABOUT CIRCANAWhat we do:Circana is the leading advisor on the complexity of consumer behaviour.
