As a Telecom Management Account Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our business with Telecoms. This role will provide valuable experience in the Telecom market and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with telecoms
  • Communicate with telecoms to gather information, provide updates, and respond to queries under the guidance of the account management team
  • Help prepare communications, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights into telecom account performance and market trends
  • Prepare reports on key metrics, industry developments, and account health to assist the team in decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges promptly
  • Helping in process of Sender registration and Managing Short Codes (SMS and USSD)
  • Manage documentation, maintain organized records, and update CRM systems
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and provide administrative support to account managers as needed

More about you:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and available to work full time.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Interest in working with telecoms and teams around the world.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

Internship timeline:

  • CV screening & 1st interview (during December)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
  • Final interviews and selection process feedback (January)
  • Start of the internship program (1 week orientation in Zagreb Infobip campus) – February 10th
  • End of the Internship program (August)
