Must be able to lead a team to meet goals while operating under various timelines. Experience working with Aerial Construction is preferred but not required. This is a full time position. Overview:
This position includes work direction, coordination and oversight of a specific crew(s) ranging from 2-8 employees or subcontractors. This position is responsible for overall safety, materials, reporting, customers, leadership, employee communication, and productivity measures. This position will specifically manage a crew over trench & plow operations which will include machine operation and work centered around joint trench jobs. This position must be able to interface with customer and city inspectors on a frequent basis, coordinate pre-construction meetings, keep detailed safety and production records, do as-builds as required and be a leader for all the crews. The ideal candidate will also need to be a skilled excavation operator. This position will also assist with getting permits, ensuring crew and site safety and calling locates. Position will be working out of town on regular basis or as business needs demand it.

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for the Telecom Aerial Foreman is $22.00 – $30.00 an hour depending on experience.
