Job Title: Telecom Analyst (must live within 100 miles of 59602)

The analyst will work with a team on auditing and researching monthly telecom invoices for many different clients. Starting with a 40-hour work week with flexible hours during the workday. The position is remote and starting temporary with Express Employment but could move forward as full time with company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain excel worksheets with data pulled from multiple sites and software.
• Assist with special projects as assigned related to telecom invoices and accounts payable.
• Processing and ledger coding of monthly invoices.
• Research payment issues with accurate correspondence with clients and vendors.

Requirements

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Technologically savvy
• Detailed oriented
• Excel skills
• Experience with Excel to preform reports and activity tracking

Preferences

• Telecom experience with invoice audit and ordering.
• AP experience in different software’s.
