Job Description

This SME role will be part of the Global Telecom team at Aramark. The right candidate will have a passion for supporting telecommunications, be an SME in Avaya PBX programming, VoIP system integrations, Microsoft Teams, unified communications, E-911 systems and infrastructure cabling. Must be well versed in working with carriers to provision, test and turn up voice services in PBX systems. Required to develop solutions to improve or address business needs with a focus on minimizing downtime and delivering service excellence to our customers. This technical hands-on position will be responsible for supporting systems across the enterprise, leading cabling infrastructure projects, completing daily tickets for moves/adds/changes and decommissions.

Skills and Requirements

- RECENT hands-on technical experience administering Avaya phone systems (medium to large size enterprise phone systems)

- Extensive background working with other telecommunication technologies (phone systems, contact center systems, cellular, IVR, voicemails, telephone carriers etc.)

- Experience managing in building infrastructure cabling including cabling floor plans, designing the cable layout for voice, data, and fiber services

- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice (as an administrator is ideal) null
