Telecom and Technology Commercial Contracts Attorney

Our customer, an Amlaw 100 firm, is seeking a Telecom and Technology Commercial Contracts Attorney for a secondment role at its leading technology company. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial transaction agreements within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Experience with FCC regulations is a plus.

Duration: 4-6 weeks (with the potential to extend)

Start Date: Starting ASAP

Location: Remote (Candidates must be licensed and reside in one of the following states: WA, WDC, OR, CA, AZ, IL, TX, AK, WI, NY, CO, ID)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial transaction agreements.
• Provide legal support and guidance on matters related to technology and telecommunications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state where you reside.
• Must reside in the following states (WA, WDC, OR, CA, AZ, IL, TX, AK, WI, NY, CO, ID).
• Proven experience in commercial transactions within the technology and telecom sectors.
• FCC regulatory experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
