Your contribution to Prysmian’s Success:
We are looking for a Telecom Area Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. You can either work from home or from one of our locations.
Reporting directly to the Telecom Sales Director DACH, you will
- Be responsible for approx. 10 Mio. € revenue and the goal to double this within 5 years
- Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with the assigned accounts
- Be responsible for the commercialization of the company’s products to the assigned acccounts, defining market policies and strategies to be implemented to achieve established objectives in terms of volumes and product mix
- Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service
- Be responsible for providing ongoing support to the assigned high value clients
- Be responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Monitor the performance of the sales within the assigned accounts and re-allocate resources to improve overall results
- Be responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients
- Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
- Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced
- Recommend products and services that fit well with clients business needs
- Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client’s business

Your customers will be all Telecommunication network provider in Germany.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
- Fluent in German and English
- several years of experience in Sales in the Telecom business
- Soft skill requirements to be added according to role’s needs
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
