Telecom Business Executive – Telecom Partnerships is an individual contributor role that is responsible for contributing to increasing of company’s revenue, gross profit and market share by enabling, developing, and monetizing the solutions offered to telecoms.

An Individual on this position acts as the commercial expert for assigned telecom solutions, providing strategic support and guidance to regional Operator Partnership teams during the partner acquisition process, conducts post-sales analysis and takes part in creating solution proposals and contracts.

He/she will also improve the market positioning of telecom solutions by gathering and conveying relevant market information, such as business needs, use cases, and solution value, to Product Development and Marketing as well as implementing market strategies for the assigned solution. 

Job Description /What will you do? 

  • Market Analysis and Trends: Support the market positioning of telecom solutions by gathering and conveying relevant market information, such as business needs, use cases, and solution value, to Product Development and Marketing. Assist in ensuring that this information accurately reflects current market trends and customer demands.
  • Revenue and Gross Profit Growth: Cooperate with multiple departments to contribute to increasing of company’s revenue, gross profit and market share by enabling, developing, and monetizing the solutions offered to telecoms.
  • Sales Initiatives: Implement market strategies as directed, ensuring that they are executed accurately and effectively to achieve the desired results. Focus on following established guidelines and making minor adjustments based on immediate feedback from the market. Ensure that the strategy is applied consistently to meet the specific needs of the assigned market segment.
  • Commercial Support and Collaboration: Act as a commercial expert for assigned telecom solutions, providing foundational support and guidance to regional OP teams during the sales process. Focus on assisting with standard sales opportunities and ensuring that team members have the necessary information and resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address straightforward business requirements.
  • Sales Process: Work closely with Business and Customer Operations to align internal business and sales processes with market needs, actively identifying areas for improvement. Take the initiative to refine and enhance existing processes, ensuring they not only meet current market demands but also incorporate new approaches where applicable. Support the adaptation of processes to address emerging business requirements and contribute to the ongoing optimization of operational efficiency.

More about you: 

  • 3+ years of working experience (advantage experience in telecom industry).
  • Degree in STEM, Economics, or relevant working experience.
  • Customer centric approach in all endeavours.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills toward both technical and nontechnical audiences (you know how to sell the value of technology).
  • Enjoy working in collaborative, fast paced environments.
  • Goal driven and persistent
