We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Stephenville, TX. In this role you will go door-to-door to customer residences in your assigned market to consult and educate homeowners on their options to move to highspeed internet, TV and phone services. This is a commission-based position using provided leads and has an outstanding earnings potential available!

The Role

• Makes door-to-door in person sales calls to local homeowners who are excited about high-speed internet, TV and phone services
• Earns uncapped earning commissions – average earnings are $1,000 – $2,000+ per week (based on hours worked)
• Works through provided leads (TAK leads have a high conversion rate!)
• Educates clients and customers on fiber and how to maximize the benefits of their communications products to receive the highest value possible
• Tracks and maintains relevant data utilizing internal systems and processes
• Strives to provide the best customer experience every day

Requirements

• Ability to travel regionally and work flexible hours
• Ability to provide own vehicle to provided client locations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
