Responsible for delivering customer projects on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards. Manages the entire project lifecycle, from planning to closure, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and resource coordination. Ensures customer satisfaction while driving project profitability and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams from initiation to completion, ensuring each project meets its scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
  • Translate business objectives into clear project and programme goals, gaining insight into how strategic priorities drive day-to-day execution.
  • Track milestones, budgets, and performance metrics, sharpening your analytical skills while giving stakeholders real-time visibility on progress.
  • Identify, assess, and help mitigate delivery risks, contributing to project success and learning structured risk-management techniques.
  • Support internal customer projects, confirming deliverables align with agreed requirements and quality standards, while mastering stakeholder-engagement practices.
  • Drive and document process-improvement initiatives that shorten development cycles and raise delivery quality, building expertise in continuous-improvement methodologies.
  • Assist in integrating complex business factors into long-term strategic planning, learning how portfolio decisions and resource allocations are made.
  • Develop robust project governance, reporting, and financial-tracking skills that safeguard project margins and open opportunities for future leadership roles.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

  • The Candidate holds a Bachelor of Telecom Engineering.
  • Telecom industry-related experience is required. Candidate must have (minimum) 4- years of experience managing projects as a responsible PM.
  • Knowledge and experience in JPC tools, MS Office and MS Project.
  • The candidate must learn Nokia’s PM Practitioner methodology and the Asia Pacific region Market MoO that enables her/his to successfully achieve Customer Satisfaction and the implementation of Orders and maintenance contracts within successful criteria.
  • Candidate must learn Nokia Tools required (or show proven knowledge otherwise) in daily activities like (but not limited to) SAP (QTC, BPP, BWP, P20), HW and Services
  • Forecasting Tools, Sales Force CRM, SRM, NDP, JPC, ngERM, Project Cube, Alliance, ASLM, PO log, Epic, WtD, Case Handling).
  • Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines, including ISMS (ISO 27001 program).
