Responsibilities
Position Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Voice Engineer with experience in Microsoft 365 to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of voice systems and Microsoft solutions. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their expertise in both voice technologies and Microsoft 365 in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Primary duties will include:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of voice and AV systems, including Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Speakerbus, Cloud9, Five9, Cisco AV and IP phones.
- Conduct routine testing and troubleshooting of voice systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding voice solutions and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange online, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Manage team incidents and service requests, creating and maintaining knowledge base articles for support processes and procedures for the IT team.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement and support.
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- Understanding of voice systems and network protocols.
- Experience with Cisco telephony solutions and related hardware.
- Experience with Cisco AV solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services and applications. (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and MS Teams)

Education / Certification Requirements:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA Collaboration) is a plus.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a plus.
Working environment:
- Hybrid (3 days in Office)
- Travel requirements (Up to 20%)
