Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Telecom Professional Engineer to lead the design and execution of wireless telecom and EV infrastructure projects. This role spans from concept development through construction administration, requiring deep technical expertise and cross-disciplinary coordination. You will collaborate with project managers, interface directly with clients, and guide engineering teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of wireless telecom and EV infrastructure projects.
• Develop concepts and oversee construction administration.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and interface with clients.
• Guide engineering teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant solutions.

Essential Skills

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications or EV infrastructure.
• Strong design experience in telecom, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced workload and directing engineers at all levels.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license for regular site visits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior construction field experience is a plus.
• Interest in telecom, renewable energy, and critical infrastructure.

Work Environment

The role requires an in-office presence due to the nature of the work, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The office environment is highly collaborative, with many team members working on-site. New hires will be fully mentored by the current engineer in the position, fostering growth and development.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 – $57.00/hr.
