Position Summary

This position supports hospital Enterprise-wide Telecom Network and associated infrastructure.

Position Duties

• Provides day to day Telecom Network Support. Resolves Technical issues in a timely manner.
• Day to day operational support
• Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and administers existing enterprise-wide Telecommunications Infrastructure, including Nortel PBX and Cisco VoIP Implementation.
• Works closely and in conjunction with customers, vendors, and Information Technology staff to review design, selection, and implementation of new or updated telephone hardware, software, and associated features and functions to ensure customer and organizational needs are met.
• Participates in on-call coverage and implementation support as required for project implementations and production systems and end-user support.
• Implement new communication technologies like Rightfax. Train customers and migrate them to the new IP based communication environment
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
