We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Telecom Expense Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our telecom expenses, including invoice processing, data analysis, and cost optimization efforts. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate telecom billing and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

o 2+ years of experience in telecom expense management or a related field.
o Solid understanding of telecom technologies and billing practices.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
o Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o English proficiency B2 written and spoken
o Nice to have: German, Spanish
Key Responsibilities
o Coordinate all aspects of telecom expenses, including invoice processing, payment approvals, expense analysis, and cost optimization.
o Develop and implement measures to reduce telecom costs.
o Identify and implement cost-saving measures, such as consolidating services, eliminating redundant lines, and negotiating favorable rates with vendors.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom vendors.
o Support negotiations of contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal pricing and service quality.
o Monitor vendor quality and address any service-related issues.
o Oversee the processing of telecom invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
o Conduct regular audits to identify billing errors and discrepancies.
o Work with vendors & internal finance dept. to resolve billing issues.
o Generate regular reports on telecom expenses, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
o Analyze telecom usage patterns to optimize services and reduce costs.
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telecom expenses.
o Maintain accurate records of telecom assets, including lines, devices, and contracts.
o Maintain a comprehensive inventory of telecom contracts.
o Track contract renewals and trigger negotiations of the new agreements.
o Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions in collaboration with all required stakeholders.
