Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in either system design or one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • 12 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and managing internal/external partners or customers.
  • Experience presenting to C-levels, driving value, differentiation, and technology messaging.
  • Experience in Cloud (e.g., compute, data, AI, analytics) and Telecom Networks (4G/5G Core, RAN, Optical/Fixed, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience bringing innovative, industry-leading, category-defining telecom products, technologies, or solutions to the market.
  • Experience in data-driven outcomes with AI/ML, understanding network, customer experience, and marketing analytics use cases and data.
  • Experience operating in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial environment and scaling new and emerging products from the ground-up.
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts, principles, and applicable use cases to position business value.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, translating commercial business models/needs into technical solutions.

About the Job

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google’s online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.

You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google’s partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify technology-driven strategies for telecom customers or partner success and operational efficiency.
  • Gather customer insights and feedback, and infuse the learning back into the organization and product and solution area roadmap, ensuring effective launches and differentiated features.
  • Interact with Analysts and solution-specialists at product-level to drive requirements for telecom vertical (e.g., network, data, customer experience, business generation).
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product, or Engineering teams to support expansion of partner or customer business. Create product demos and presentations for prospective customers in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Define business goals, audiences, buyer’s journey, strategy, solutions, positioning, key tactics, budget and dependencies, and then drive cross-functional consensus and enlistment to deliver business results.
