Responsibilities

• Receive and transfer incoming customer call and provides other support services to include but not limited to paging staff
• Assist with general information
• Provide after hour phone services
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance

Qualifications

Job Recruitments:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Six (6) months related experience
• Call center experience.

Preferred experience:

• Have some medical PBX experience
