Responsibilities
- Receive and transfer incoming customer call and provides other support services to include but not limited to paging staff
- Assist with general information
- Provide after hour phone services
- Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance
Qualifications
Job Recruitments:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Six (6) months related experience
- Have some medical PBX experience
- Call center experience.
