Telecom Quality Engineer

You will join Yixing telecom quality team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are：

• Be responsible for quick process audit. 
• Audit for each production & process 
• Be responsible for COPQ analysis and Continue improvement.
• Collect KPI completation monthly.
• Maintain Internal Document & Product Certification
• Support Internal audit, customer/supplier audit & System audit if need
• Clear job safety responsibilities, establish safety awareness, adhere to the practice of company safety culture
• Plan and Conduct the quick process audit to ensure the production’s conformance to the requirements(Work Order/CA/ITP/WI/etc.), report to related manager for any deviation to correct at once
• Work with Process team to perform Manufacturing Process Audit
• Make analysis of INC, work with internal team to do the root cause analysis and corrective actions for top failures
• Collect the COPQ with the entry of NCA system and Cognos report download
• Lead continuous improvement projects to find the opportunities of decreasing the COPQ
• Keep eyes on lesson learn and best practice to share with plant team and regional team
• Timely collecting National standards, international standards, industry standards, laws and regulations, identify the changes and update internal documents accordingly
• Maintain all kinds of certifications (include UL, CPR)
• Document control 
• Support Internal audit, customer/supplier audit & System audit if need

Who we’re looking for,

• University degree or above and very good English

More than 5 years’ experience in quality roles in good companies

• Mature professional with good integrity, team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with strong leadership skills, can work in complicated envionment
