About this opportunity:

Our ever-growing team at Ericsson is currently in search of a dedicated Telecom Site Engineer. In this role you’ll be responsible for the validation of on-site surveys, preparing site design, ‘as-built’ documentation, and AutoCAD drawings to support the installation, commissioning, and integration of equipment from nodes and antenna systems to complete solutions.

Using data-driven insights, it efficiently supervises surveys, network design, civil and telecom installations, ensuring adherence to Ericsson quality standards.

The role upholds compliance with legal, financial, and E+OHS requirements, while safeguarding product and information security through established processes and tools.

What you will do:

• Design and create the technical site survey checklists as per the project and roll out requirements and communicate to service providers (ASP) teams.
• Conduct and drive technical site surveys from ASP teams according to the project requirements based on proposal and deployment flow.
• Prepare & validate the technical site survey report (TSSR) for RAN and Microwave sites.
• Validate telecom site survey details, such as, infra/power/OHS requirements and map the site-specific solutions.
• Prepare telecom site/hardware feasibility and final hardware proposals as per technical Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
• Prepare radio & microwave site engineering documents, such as site installation document, as built document and BoQs preparation.
• Use and maintain Ericsson tools related to site surveys, BoQs, throughout the project cycle.
• Verify and confirm telecom site acceptance requirements.
• Create drawings & specifications in AutoCAD/Visio.
• Quality assurance of site engineering delivery.
• Support in the technical queries related to telecom site engineering.
• Execute site audit, compile & report in database and distribute audit reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics/Communications/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom engineering and implementation
• English proficiency is a must.
• French proficiency is a plus.
• End to end process knowledge of telecom site build (Network Rollout)
• Hands-on experience in telecom site engineering.
• Hands-on experience in site engineering documents i.e. TSSR (technical site survey report), SID (site installation document), as built & site acceptance.
• Experience of 2D/3D AutoCAD tool
• Revit experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ericsson RAN and microwave products is an advantage.
• RAN project management experience is an advantage
