Job Title: Telecom Support Service Specialist (Journeyman) 

Location: Roybal, GA, Pittsburgh, PA

Job Summary: 

Telecom Support Service Specialist (Journeyman) in support of the CDC MTS Program

Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes, tests, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing Telecom systems, such as PBX mainframes, PBX remotes, routers and switches, Resource Manager, and peripherals.
• Performs system maintenance to ensure systems operate correctly with minimal interruption.
• Interfaces with the Telecom Systems Manager for overall direction and directs the efforts of the Telecom Service Support specialist.
• Coordinates with the DAS, UC and cabling teams on issue resolution or projects that involve each or all the work areas; and coordinates and resolves user issues from the CDC Help Desk daily.
