Job Summary: 

Telecom Systems Manager for the CDC MTS Program

Responsibilities: 

• Team Lead for the Telephone Systems and leads the planning, design, and implementation of CDC telecommunications technologies, including wireless telephone, SIP trunking/routing, voice-over-IP (VOIP), digital PBX, paging, and IP telephony integrated services.
• Our Telecom Systems Manager – Senior will lead the upcoming PBX replacements, and as a TL, is responsible for managing the inventory.
• Interfaces with the PM for overall direction and directs the efforts of the Telecom Analyst and Telecom Service Support specialist.
• Coordinates with the DAS, UC, and cabling lead on issue resolution or projects that involve each or all the work areas; and coordinates and resolves user issues from the CDC Help Desk daily.
