Job Summary:

Telecom Systems Manager for the CDC MTS Program

Responsibilities:

Team Lead for the Telephone Systems and leads the planning, design, and implementation of CDC telecommunications technologies, including wireless telephone, SIP trunking/routing, voice-over-IP (VOIP), digital PBX, paging, and IP telephony integrated services.
Our Telecom Systems Manager – Senior will lead the upcoming PBX replacements, and as a TL, is responsible for managing the inventory.
Interfaces with the PM for overall direction and directs the efforts of the Telecom Analyst and Telecom Service Support specialist.
Coordinates with the DAS, UC, and cabling lead on issue resolution or projects that involve each or all the work areas; and coordinates and resolves user issues from the CDC Help Desk daily.
