Job Summary:

Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Telecom Technician to support a government client in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze various types of electronic communication systems.

• Test communication systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot communication systems and equipment.

• Performs engineering studies to obtain data on new equipment and systems developments in the communications field and adaptability of equipment to existing systems.

• Develop strong communications and working relationships with other support teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM).

• Experience with Avaya Phones (2420 Digital sets).

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.

• Effective problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.

• Experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Apple OS.

• Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office applications including MS Teams and O365.

• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM).

• Familiarity with Verizon Enterprise Portals (VZW).

• Familiarity with DISA Storefront.

• Experience in DoD environment preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
