WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Troubleshoot Tests and troubleshoots connectivity-related issues. Facilitates vendor services that provide cabling and maintenance of the cable within the facilities.
• Data Engages vendor/carriers services for the installation of data, voice within a facility structure based on existing technical standards.
• Clients Develops and maintains Telecom connectivity solutions for remote client sites.
• Migration Design and manage complex telecom migrations.
• Equipment Establishes technical specifications, identifies vendors and sources telecommunications equipment.
• Training Develops training, end-user guidelines and provides on-call support for voice services within facilities.
• Engineering Provides engineering for the corporate local and wide area network systems (both landline and wireless) voice and call management systems.
• Liaison Acts as liaison between Franciscan and Cloud PBX provider and assist in telecom design for departments and remote sites.
• Security Establishes baseline security administration founded on security department policies, including controlled access into telco, contact centers, managed voice mail and reporting systems.
• Reliability Maintains the reliability and availability of leased lines.
• Manage and Support Manages and supports voice switching including all links between telephony equipment.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma/GED
• Preferred Associate’s Degree or Certificate
• 4 years relevant work experience Required
• Network Certification (Vendor Related)
