Telecom Trainee

• Basic Understanding of installation of Telecom Tower Equipment(like Antenna, RRU, BBU).
• Should be Proficient in understanding Datasheets of the various Telecom Equipment like (Antenna, RRU, ORU, CDU, AMIA, Servers, Power Plant etc.), 
• Should have knowledge of BOM(bill of Materials) required for New Build and Band Add Telecom sites. 
• Should be proficient in understanding the activity to be carried out on a Telecom site based on plans from tools like Maestro. 
• Should have a clear understanding of MIMO of different bands based on their configuration. 
• Should be able to do Telecom Network diagrams/connections of the telecom equipment using Visio based on requirements and standards.

Additional Job Description

• Must possess good verbal written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
